Trefnwyd dwy daith i Ganolfan Chwaraeon Dŵr Delph yn Chorley ddiwedd mis Tachwedd a dechrau Rhagfyr 2023 i gwblhau ymarferion hyfforddi gan nad oedd yn bosib mynd i’r môr oherwydd y tywydd. Roedd y dŵr 8 gradd yn sioc! Archwiliwyd llwybrau tan ddŵr o amgylch y chwarel gan basio awyren, cwch ac amryw gerbydau ar y ffordd. Gwelwyd sturgeon trawiadol, cwblhawyd ymarferion a chroesawyd y cyfleusterau fel y caffi.
Two trips to Delph Watersports Centre in Chorley were arranged at the end of November and beginning of December 2023 to get some training exercises completed whilst the sea was a no-go due to weather conditions. The 8 degree water was very refreshing! Roped routes around the quarry were explored passing an aeroplane, boat and various vehicles on the way. Impressive sturgeon were spotted, exercises were completed and the facilities such as the café were welcome.
